Claim

Outsurance's client bumped my car September 2014, its been 4 months now they still havent fixed my car, i constantly have to pursue them to get the outcome of the claim, its irritating the hell out of me because i told them i told their client that i want to trade in the vehicle now im held up because of the very poor service, its an incovenience and i have been really patient with them for 4 months, but right now its just annoying
