Last week, I spoke with a friendly consultant from outsurance and I explained to her that I’ve been trying to get my car covered by her employer however they can never give me a reasonable quote. We went through the process however like before, outsurance was extremely expensive . The issue at hand is that your constant tv ads say if you can’t beat my claim, you will pay R500 or R1500 . I last did your promotional quote on the 19th February 2019, reference PROMOTION ***0. I was in contact with an admin agent on the 21st of Feb 2023 and she confirmed that I was eligible for the payment which will take 5 days to process. She also provided me with the T & cs which also states under those that are not eligible option 3. “Any person who has already received a payment for this or any other OUTsurance quote promotion in the last 186 days.” I called again in 2023 on the 20th of February and I was told that I didn’t qualify. This is over 700 days since my last quote and now I’m rejected of the payout . What the fudge?
