Claim
Im dissapointed at the way the legal team is handling my claim. Its been over 2 weeks since the accident happened, even now I'm still waiting for a response from the guy called Mulidi Farisani. I send email after email, its been over 2 days im waiting for a response. The way they are dragging their feet its out of this world. Im currently out of the country, not available on cellphone. At that time lm stuck with a damaged car yet i pay insurance on a monthly basis. Dealing with *********** and care free people, who have no sense of urgency is very frustrating

I must say I'm deeply disappointed at the level of service i'm getting at Outsurance. I don't understand why i have to suffer when i pay insurance monthly. The lack of customer service and the don't care attitude is very disappointing for an reputable Insurance company like Outsurance. The staff never responds to mails and never bother to assist customers. I'm still waiting for response from Farisani Mulidi who clearly isn't bothered.I send emails, i call and leave messages to no avail. Its disappointing that as customers we rely on Hellopeter to get response from your staff.
