Claim
I had policy with these above mention insurance and I understand that am covered for everything except hail damage. It come as a surprised to me when I involve in a accident I've limited cover but the person sold the cover to m did not explain that . Now when I want them to come tow the vehicle seems is a problems and am towered the cover out of my pocket and even for safe keeping is stressing me

Limited cover will exclude any damage, also hail damage. As for free towing, this is also not included as a benefit should your vehicle only be covered for limited cover.
