I have been waiting for Outsurance for 3 weeks to process my claim and I called today the lady that has been dealing with my claim has suddenly went on leave. So the records showed that there are documents that needed to be collected which I was no aware of it which had delayed the process. I am utterly disappointed with the service I have received with first time claim I have lodged with outsurance. You get no help or assistance whastover…. I will never recommend outsurnace to anyone I know.

Our managers, Andrea as well as Siyabonga contacted you after the matter had been investigated.
Andrea did confirm she is making payment now, although we have not received the documents yet. This decision was made as our service sadly let you down.
