Claim

I have tried communicate with Katlego multiple times that I do not want a claim to be made against the 3rd party that bumped into me. Financially he cannot afford it and he has agreed to pay the excess. When I phoned to put through the claim Michelle still said that it is fine, even if they just claim the excess as I did not really want to give his details to them. He was sincerely apologetic and it was honestly just an accident. Now you guys want to claim all the damage from him even though I asked not to. If I had not given any of his details, you guys would not have been able to claim anything in the first place. I was honest about this and asked you guys so nicely not to go ahead by claiming the additional amount from him. We are already loosing our out bonus due to this. My car is going in on the 11th of June and I would like this matter resolved. Should you go ahead with claiming the additional amount from him, we will have no choice but to cancel our policy with Outsurance. Michelle should have informed me of all the steps and not have said "even if we just get the excess"
