Claim

One of there clients drove full force in the back of my car while it was stationary on the road with hazards on , my children and wife on the back seat , what makes it worse is that the driver fled the scene when trying to claim from them with all my details that they asked for submitted they turned around and said they won’t pay my claim out as there insurer nor them is not liable for my damages no matter if knowing my children is hurt or not they telling me he had a tire burst and that’s the reason they won’t pay out or fix my car as this isn’t his fault it’s unforeseen , I’ve contacted my lawyers and they explained to me that there is no such thing and this is why I will take them on and they will face the repercussions.
