<p>Being my first accident, I was unsure about the proper procedures that needed to be followed and how my claim would work. After being contacted by Cyril, he explained the claims process in a very straightforward manner, allowing me not only to understand the process going forward, but also allow me to have some peace of mind about the whole process. It was good to deal with someone face to face, not only because I prefer dealing with such matters in person, but also because the person, Cyril, in this case, was so helpful in these circummstances. He fully accomodated my schedule with regards to our meeting times and made sure to answer all my questions in a very easy to understand manner. </p> <p> </p> <p>Within 24 hours of signing the required documents and providing information, my claim was sorted out and I can now put the incident behind me.
