The abovementioned claim and your email today refers. I am most offended that you send me a letter rejecting this claim ! I was merely reporting an incident as per the stipulations of my policy, where another driver drove into the rear of my vehicle, and not wishing to make a claim in the first place. I informed the consultant that there was no damage to my vehicle anyway, and that the reason I was reporting the incident was that the other party had driven into my towbar and may try to claim against me as she refused to give her particulars - I provided an entire diagram of the incident to prove I was not responsible in any way, and am able to provide witnesses too should the need arise - so you are compromising me by registering a claim and the rejecting it. I call on you to cancel both the claim and the rejection, and merely keep note that I informed you of the incident !!!
