12/05/2015, Mmapule Boya sent me an email stating that your Supplier North City Panelbeaters is ordering a boot switch and they'll contact me once they've received. I responded that my aircon is still working intermittently hence that problem still persisted. North City panelbeaters in turn sent me an SMS to bring my car so they can send it to AUDI, a conflicting statement to what your advisor said. I proactively took my car to AUDI BRUMA for a thorough diagnosis. 01/06/2015 I sent Mmapule the report, the contacts of the service advisor and quote as agreed. 01/06/2015 she sent the following email: \\The assessor has had a look at the report you sent and the alternator isn't<br> incident related and therefore we will not be covering.It will be for your own account. This query will be closed.\This statement is conflict with the AUDI report as the issue ultimately proved to be the result of incorrect wiring by the panelbeaters thus proving that they didn't contact AUDI. I don't know hat game is being played here as I've never experienced such utter incompetence and this is not my first insurance so I do have a benchmark.
