claim ***

a lady was driven into my car on 12 Jan 2015. still my car is not repaired. outsurance pay the money into my bank account and now i must see to get my car repaired and sit with the inconvenience. the company do not have a car for me to use for a few days and if they give me one i have to pay for it. i'm not the guilty party but must sit with all this problems and they do not even bother to answer me anymore. why must i wait so long? have all the inconvenience and have to pay for the use of another car when it will be availble sometime? in future i will never again work via the other parties insurance.<br> <br> thanks<br> marieta<br>
