Cinderella to the rescue!

Dear OUTsurance, we've used OUTsurance since the beginning of time and never needed to actually make use of it (thankfully), although today you proved your worth! It was something silly like a flat car battery with no one around to help me jump start it and I thought "let me give this help @ OUTsurance a try" (dreading the 5000 security questions and worrying I didn't have a clue what my policy number was). Well...Cinderalla answered the phone (and what a fitting name), she only asked me what my name was and where she could find me. Nothing else! Within less than hour I'd been keep up to date with SMSs and Michael from Auto Collision Towing (Pinetown) was at my door. And what a gentlemen he was! I'm blown away by the experience and beyond grateful that we're with Outsurance! Cinderalla even phoned to make sure I was okay and that someone was with me.
