Christian, from Outsurance, gave me the best services yesterday when I was applying for pet insurance. He spent hours with me on the phone, explaining the stipulations and wording and costs and benefits of the different insurance packages for pets. He never once lost his patience with me nor became rude when I was asking numerous questions regarding this pet insurance. He even called his manager to explain things for me, as confirmation that my POPI information will not be shared with anybody without my consent. He even allowed me time to go and contemplate whether I wanted to continue with this application and phoned me back very punctually at 16:00 as agreed. I decided to move forward and accepted his offer for a pet insurance policy for my two doggies. I must say, i was very impressed with this level of customer service. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 to Christian and Outsurance!
