Chencha Daideng

Well, to some it all up Im completely appalled by the service I have received from Outsurance regarding my accident claim from 2018.

I was rear ended by a driver at a red traffic light around 7pm, right in front of the JMPD office in Sophiatown. I was hospitalised for two weeks and on my day of being discharged I went to file a report at the police station, to my surprise the perpetrator didn't even register the accident at the police station.

Now years later, I paid the excess amount requested and followed all procedures but now I'm being told I can't get my excess back. From my knowledge, I have met all my contractual obligations and now it's nearing the end of 2020 and still, Outsurance has not paid back my excess.

I'm honestly angered by this because even after all the emotional and physical trauma, all they could tell me was that "we understand", but they are still stalling on paying out my excess.

Great advertising but a horrible service provider, they seriously need to #ChenchaDaideng
