Checkers get better insurance Outsurance does not want to pay!!!

Been dealing with a claims advisor and his manager regarding a third party claim from an accident with a Checkers 60 delivery bike driver who knocked my vehicle from behind on the 23rd August 2025. Today is the 6th October 2025 and I have no resolution. After contacting Outsurance on numerous occasions I was offered a settlement of claim based on desktop assessment for pirate and secondhand parts which I did not accept and was then asked to take my vehicle in to their service provider for assessment. After assessing the vehicle there were other parts damaged that were not in the initial offer and now I am getting the run around to provide pictures of the damages. The service and attitude of the advisor is really atrocious. Not a company to deal with due to the poor service and reluctance to resolve claims always looking for the cheapest way out.
