Check Policy details-different to quote

lower policy premium, and I gave them my vehicle business based on lower premiums - a few months ago<br> now I find out, my vehicles are not comprehensively covered, only limited liability, and that's why their premiums were cheaper. so annoyed now.<br> Outsurance re-quote is too expensive and old insurance policy is cancelled, I cannot afford more money on my premiums.<br> Outsurance staff member has been disciplined because of not advising client of proper details(I am being nice here - read between the lines)<br> now I am going to move all my policies to another company.<br> Well done Outsurance - if you see me as a client again in my life time it will be too soon.<br> be careful all other potential clients - Outsurance it seems will tell you anything to get your business and by the time you find out it might be too late.
