Outsurance captured my residential address incorrectly and I have been over charged on my premium for one full year.<br> <br> I have now updated my new address and now the premium goes up by R500.00<br> <br> This is crazy because outsurance brags about how they can save you money when they cheat their existing clients!!!<br> <br> I want to be reimbursed for being over charge for one full year due someone capturing my details incorrectly. If I had to claim it would have been repudiated as my details were not correct!<br> <br> <br>
