Cheap quote, cheap service and ********** poor quality repair to your car!

<p>What terrible service I have been receiving from Outsurance. Their maybe famous for giving cheap quote but with cheap quote comes even cheaper service and cheap reapirs to your car.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a third party claiment who was bumped by and Outsurance client in July. After being send from Pillar to post my car was finally repaired in October only to find out that the repair job was not complete because the quote from their approved repairer was so cheap. They means after collecting my car from the Panlebeaters in October my car was not complete. When I took my car to an Outsourance assessor in Kramelville the quoted me R23 000 for repair of my car. This was a physical assessment done by an accredited assessor. After sending them them the quote that asked my to get they get an assessor who assessed a photo of the accident and from that they paid out R11 900. After taking my car to their approved assessor to complete the job he did a poor quality job and did not repair my Windscreen wiper and the emblems of my car becuase the insurance did not pay for them. They used poor quality material to repair my car and who know whether they even did a good job because they were trying to be cheap at the customer expense.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never insure with Outsurance even if they were the last company on this earn. All my colleaugues and family know and have seen this catastrophe and I do not enjoy driving an incomplete car. I think from this experience 3 of my family members have move their insurance. I will continue to advise my friends and family what a terrible insurer you are. I have spoken to Sthambiso Letsoalo several times and all he can tell me is that you have many clients and 3rd party clients dont take priority. My car was bumped in July it is December now and I have to keep on calling outsurance to repair my car.</p> <p> </p> <p>You cannot ensure with a cheap insurer and expect good quility. Because outsurance is cheap they will repair your car for cheap and they will give you cheap service. Quality if not at the heart of Outsurance!</p>
