Cheap outsuance

I was bumped into by an uber driver, while i was stationary at the robots. Now outsurance who are the owner of the car who bumped me insurance. My Car is now damaged i sent all the details they requested from me, now they want me to drive 40 min out of town to panelbeaters which i did. Now the panelbeaters to me that they do third party cars, i had to drive back to town and now they send e to panelbeaters 20 min out of town. Ohh i forgot to mention that they asses me R5000 for a 20000 JOb.
