<p>A gentlemen from Outsurance called me abt 2weeks ago 17Feb and promised to let me have the documents after the long tedious interview on the phone. I received nothing by e-mail. Be ause I liked the quote I decided to follow up and Charles was the kind voice on the other end. Needless to say have to do the whole tedious interview again, but he was helpful and negotiate a price I cannot resist. His kindness and help, safe face for Outsurance. Well done Charles.</p>
