Charlene Naidoo: The Super Star

<p>This morning I decided to start the daunting process of getting car insurance for my vehicle. After getting one quote from another insurer, I decided to give Outsurance a try. I clicked on the "get a quote" button and entered my details and clicked submit. 2 seconds later my phone rang and it was Charlene.</p> <p>Even though i spent a lot of time on the phone with her, mainly because she had to repeat and explain things and hold on so that I could phone my husband to check on a few things, it was still a pleasure talking to her. She was fantastic and very patient.</p> <p> </p> <p>After spending a lot of time on the phone with me, I asked her to please phone my hubby so that he can ask whatever questions he might have. Charlene did that with the greatest pleasure.</p> <p> </p> <p>A few minutes later my policy was activated. Thank you Charlene.
