<p>I needed to get auto insurance for my new 2nd hand car. I only had a UK account, UK drivers licence and only a temporary home address at the time. Charice went out of her way to ensure that my car was fully covered by the end of the afternoon. I was not an easy profile to deal with as I also wanted to pay an annual premium, not monthly. Charice was not phased and calmly and efficiently sorted my needs out with no time wasted. I needed to contact a family member for details and for Charice to call me back. She provided me with a direct line to her and a quote number which made it dead easy for me to get in touch with her if there were any problems. A little later, after I had acquired the necessary info from my family member, Charice called me and the final details were worked out. I cannot reccomend her services too highly. Well done for absolutely awesome service for what was not an average insurance request.</p>
