Chantelle from breakdowns - excellent service and resolution

I had the best experience with Chantelle from Outsurance - she works for the breakdown/towing department. Thank you Chantelle for your support and good service. It felt like you were there with me when my radiator burst, it was a pleasure to have you on the other end of the phone. I appreciated the follow ups and checkins to see if the tow company was there. I liked the SMS's you sent with all the names and numbers that I would need. The only thing that I would change, is when I call in that you have a call back facility as other insurance companies do.
