Change premiums with no reason again

<p>On 11 July I called and chnaged the regular driver on my policy, my premium was updated to R1437.57 effective 01 August. The consultant captured the incorrect occupation for my husband as computer operator. He called on 14 July to rectify his occupation to plant operator and I received a new policy doucment with the premium going up to R1551.85 effective 01 September. This is really ridiculous and it's not the first time Outsurance is doing this. The consultant told my husband that the premium will increase by R2. Please don't call me with some nonsense story as your consultants always lie. It's very ********* behaviour and I've had 3 such instances with consultants lying . Please just adjust my premium back to what it was orignally quoted as when I made the changes, that is R1437.57 and leave my cover and excess exactly as it was with that premium. That's what I agreed to and your consultant should not be saying the premium changes by R2.00 and then changing it by R114.28.</p>
