Change of work address resulted in premium increased by R222

I asked Outsurance to change my work address Yesterday. Only to be punished with a premium increase of R222. When I was called by their consultant, I was told that the new premium will increase by only R3,.00. I accepted, even though it was also unacceptable for a premium to increase after value of the car has dropped. When I receive new policy schedule, the increase was R222.

I expect insurance premium to go down as the value of the car drops, not go up. It is not like I changed my work address to some township. I changed from a suburb to another suburb. In fact, I feel the new work address is safer than the old.
