Change of address

<p>I have a brand new car I bought in Cape Town and my premium was R780 it was the most comparitive and i was very happy about it, however i recently moved back to JHB back to my parents house. I phoned this morning to change my address and they have changed my premium to over R500 more just because I now live in a "dangerous city"? I feel more secure here as i can see my car the entire day outside my office and it is behind a locked gate and then at night it is in a boomed off cul-de-sac and behind locked gates? You however do not want to hear about that, only that Jhb is so dangerous? How is it possible to jump that much just from province to province even though the same thing could happen in Cape Town that could happen here? </p>
