Challenge of R400 payback

<p>I used the number 34470 and sms'ed "out" - 100% that I will qualify. That was done this morning @ 7.16.</p> <p>08.03 I received a call from a lady - Marcelle. With the friendliest voice and manner. She asked a few questions - and without being "pushy" or demanding - got my attention. It was quite an experience. I had to go to a meeting - we were halfway through the questions, and she immediately said that there is 4 min left for me to get to the meeting - she will call me back at 10.30. Needless to say - she did. This lady is an absolutely awesome person - easy to talk to, easy to listen to and she makes it extremely interesting to listen to her. I would like to say thank you to Marcelle - for making my day by being the person she is, and by doing an excellent job (to such an extent that I am honestly considering OutSurance's quote..)</p> <p>Please convey my gratitude to Marcelle.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p>René</p>
