Cell c store Boulders bad service

I am very disapointed with the service at cell c store boulders . I bought hauwai P30 pro on the 14th February 2019 and the earphone were faulty then they took them for Repair's and after a month I took the phone back and I advise it doesn't have a blacklisting/recject option and I was advised the lady sold me a phone she is not available and i was advised if I came back earlier 7 days before I was gonna be replaced with another phone as they are aware about P30 phone issues .so they have nothing to do now as I used the phone for months.before i was forced to take it as contract and i refused a i wanted it in cash .The phone it shows it has 128GB space and shows it Is full and no videos or music ,its only pictures ...am very frustrated as now and it have 1year now and it continues showing other behaviors that I don't know were they coming from.I want my money cell c knew from the beggining that P30 phones have issues.I can't tolerate this anymore.
