Cell c contract phone

I had a contract with cell, i called them for the settlement balance they told me its R3981. 93 ok i paid them R4000 in January 2020.And before i could pay i asked if is everything included they said am sure i contacted 2 consultant they said yss everything is included on that R3981. 93 now on the 2/03/2020 i was debited R826.93 saying i still owe them. I hate cell c and il never ever buy anything from them. If you wanna enjoy ur devices please don't ever buy at cell
