I always see those Outsurance adverts on DSTV & am always a bit skeptical of the so claimed 'service' you receive.

Well, I have to say, Celeste completely laid any reservations I had to rest! She was everything that I expected from a sales rep & more than that: she was herself when talking to me. Which is great. I sincerely suggest you review our phone call and use it as part of your induction program to show new comers what a sales call should sound like. I say that because the call was not simply friendly, it was informative, productive, proactive & most important, established trust.

Celeste, keep being you & I am sorry for all those people that won't be able to chat to you, because I am sure your on the fast track to promotion!
