Cebi is the Best Advisor

<p>I called Outsurance asking for a quote, the service I got was out of this world. I got assistance from the lady by the name of Cebile 'Cebi' Mbele. I asked her to call me back as I was running out of airtime and she did just that within a split sec. My main reason for calling was to get a quote for 3 things which I wanna insure i.e. car, camera and golf club set. Believe you me the service I got was so great it left me smiling and I was so pleased with the monthly premium I got. Cebi you are the best, your explanations let one in good spirit.
