Cash Back....I don't think so!!!

I used to ensure my vehicles with Outsurance, some time ago (as I thought they were quite competitively priced)....I did eventually move to another company, for a much better product. I decided to call Outsurance a short while back, to see if they had perhaps become a little more competitive and if they had improved their product offering...they were, unfortunately, woefully more expensive than my current insurer and couldn't offer half of the benefits I currently enjoy......this is not the issue though....because they apparently could not match my premium, the gent mentioned that I should be getting a cash back sum and that I should await a voucher. Now....whilst I don't really care too much about their voucher or cash back, I DO CARE about false advertising and the fact that they are misleading the public let, right and centre just to get you to send them your contact details!! I guess there was a reason I stopped dealing with this company and will never return as a client.
