Cash back promise

<p>I asked OUTsurance for a quote for comprehensive car insurance and after telling the agent it was significantly more expensive than my current insurance, he refered to Desmond Mosinki who contacted me to obtain the details needed to payout the R400 OUTsurance had been advertising to pay if it could not beat a current policy. Initially, I was skeptical as I thought the company would invoke all sorts of fine print to back out, but I was soon surprised...<br /><br />Desmond was supremely professional, checked in with me regularly during the process and within 24hours of receiving the documents I needed to submit, he called to tell me that it had been approved and would be paid out.<br /><br />What impressed me the most, was that I missed a few of his calls and each time I did, he emailed me to tell me he had called and needed to speak with me. Also, when I missed his second to last call, I emailed him to appologise and say I now had my phone wih me. To which he could have just rep**** with the news about the payout, but instead he took the time to call me and share the good news!<br /><br />He is a brilliant agent who provided outstanding service!</p>
