cash back life policy a farce

I took out a life policy from Outsurance. The one i saw on television abput their 15 years cash back bonus. Where y get money back after 15 years. It sounded great to have a life policy where y can claim back money after 15 years. Well i payed my policy for a couple of months R500 per month. I told the person from outsurance that i wanted the cash back bonus. He told me that he was including that into my policy. Whe i phoned a few months on to enquire about my policy to ask how much i will be getting back. The gentleman told me that the cash back option is not included in my policy. That was a shock to me. I stopped paying the policy. He saud that to include the cash back i would have to pay an extra 200. That was never explained the time i took out the policy. I demand all my payments back from oytsurance because i was sold a product and i wasnt told the truth. I specifically said i want the policy with the cash back option. . Imagine if i had not phoned . I would have gone on with the policy for 15 years just to discover in horror that the cash back was not included. I demand all my payments back. Because this is against my statutory rights as a consumer.
