Cash back if they can't beat your premium

Recently looked around for new insurance.. gave outsurance a change, service was great end they really tried there best to give me the best quote, unfortunately they couldn't beat my current insurance premium, which is fine but don't Believe them when they say they will pay you if they can't beat your premium.. still waiting for someone who would've supposably called me for that.. untill today. Nada..
