Cash back for Quote - ***

<p>Hi. I called the sales person to do a comparison quote and they kept me on the phone for almost an hour.</p> <p>I went through the process and requested they email the quote. I asked the agent/team leader how to claim the cash back as they were double my existing policy and was told to go online and submit a copy of my existing quote which of course is not possible. I also emailed them after looking on the website saying they need to send me a link. I again mailed them this morning for the link and to no surprise, no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>What is the point of false advertising?</p> <p> </p>
