Case ***
<p>On the 30th of April 2016 my car was knocked my a drunk driver at the conner of R300 and Hindle road. My car was a VW polo vivo 1.4 Blueline 2015 and I was paying a premium of R1200 and access amount of R15000. The drunk driver is also a member of outsurance however his claim was rejected according to outsuramce legal and so I had to be liable for all the costs. My car was then declaired as a write off but outsurance paid R146000 for a settlement amount. The rest I am still paying since the bank requested R174000 in June. Im struggling with my short fall as they have to pay all the other amount. There was no communication from outsurance as to how they are dealing with this case. Only on the 1st of July I received a call that the case is being reviewed so that the guy can pay me from his own pocked and however its not guarranteed that he will pay me. </p> <p>Im not happy with how outsurance handdled this case, It it very unfair to be held liable for this accided since this guys knocked my car while i was waiting at the red robbot. I have provided all the information( includes pictures of my car and his as well as a case number for drunk and driving) on the 2nd of May 2016. I will not recommend outsurance for anyone as it was such a bad experience for a first car.</p>

06 Jul 2016, 08:00Thank you for responding, I have communicated with outsurance regarding my conserns. However there are no guarantes for the payment of R15000 from the driver who was liable for the accident. I hope that all goes well and I will be payed back ASAP.

I have been waiting patiently for a possitive feed back but instead the legal deparment is not clear about their plan for this case. I dont think I am being taken serriously. What does it take for Outsurance to replace my money back? Or must I also take legal action?
