<p>Outsurance please enlighten me with the legal procedure that is taken against the guy who knocked my car. I have been waiting patiently for a possitive feed back but instead the legal deparment is not clear about their plan for this case. I dont think I am being taken serriously. What does it take for Outsurance to replace my money back? Or must I also take legal action?</p>
