case handled unfairly
I was involved in an accident with a client from Outsurance. The accident was not my fault as I had the RIGHT OF WAY in the incident. Case goes as follows. I was driving down a road which had double lanes both ways, came to an intersection where the car to my right gave the person from the opposite direction a show(client whome I collided into) BUT the Outsurance client proceeded to drive without checking to see if my lane was clear. As I was approaching the intersection i slowed down however the car on my right was completely blocking my view and there was no way of me avoiding colliding into the Outsurance client. She clearly should've stopped to check on coming traffic as I had the RIGHT OF WAY. Outsurance does not want to pay out for my damages saying it was my negligence too. This was completely her fault had she checked the on coming traffic that had the RIGHT OF WAY then this would not have happened. I would like clarity on their decision as I find their decision unfair and biased.
