Best telephone service that I ever received, had to deal with a baterry than ran out during the call and the worst signal ever (it should have been phone smashingly frustrating) but listening to Carmen's soothing and relaxed voice I found myself grinning the whole time. Exceptional service from her side, really made my day. I feel she should get a raise. Thank you Carmen. It was OUTstanding =P woul rate her on a scale of 11 out of 10
