Caring for the pet and efficiency beyond duty

I joined OUTsurance Pet care for my Basset Hound. Notice he only had one testicle. Called OUTsurance and they advised it's better to have the testicles removed as it can cause cancer. Made an appointed at the local Venenary clinic and operation was successful. From asking questions and then submitting my claim, I was refunded my money in 3 days, less the co-payment based on my plan I took out. The OUTsurance consultant, Ovayo Mayiya was exceptional from the start to finalizing my claim and the constant follow up daily was amazing advising me where in the process is my claim. Ovayo advised that should a complication arise from the operation I can claim without any co-payment and link it to the operation claim. What can I say but this was AWESOME service that I was not aware off. Thank you for the great service, the caring manner in which you delt with the claim and asking how my Basset was on each call. This goes beyond just a medical aid for my Basset Hound, but the personal touch makes the big difference. Once again thank you for the awesome service.
