Careful when taking a policy with Outsuarence.

I had two accounts(i.e. Insurance policies ) with Outsuarence, account number OT ********** 3 and OT ********** 3 respectively. Those accounts I closed them and later requested Outsuarence to send me a cancellation latter, which they did. But what they did was worse, they kept my name with the credit bureau as a bad payer(Credit risk). As if I took something from them and now I don`t want to pay back. I have been struggling to find any finance to date(19 December 2018) due to that. If Outsuarence were fear like they say on the adverti*****ts, they should have sent an update to the bureau about the status of my account with them the same way they did when I opened those accounts with them. So when you take a policy with them, be careful.
