Care for customers

I recently had a car accident, and the call center were superb. First asked if everyone was okay. Within a day my damaged was assessed and I was booked in a day later for repairs. After terminating my household insurance with FFW due to ethical clashes, this was a welcome change. No issues, no squeeming out of the claim, I am very happy with their service. The pane beater they sent me to, Alfa Trio Vereeniging, also gave good service. Thank you for changing my mind about Insurance companies. Well done Outsurance.
