CAR ******: RECOVERED 36HRS & 5 MONTHS TO REPAIR

OUTSURANCE entertain BROOKLYN Panel Beaters that are ***********, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE, and does not possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver a proper service. Therefore, makes OUTSURANCE just as bad! Car in for (minor) repairs after ****** and it takes OUTSURANCE AND THEIR PANEL BEATERS 5 MONTHS and still waiting.... Delaying tactics, excuse after excuse! Workmanship a disgrace, re-do and re-do over and over again. No feedback unless you follow up yourself. Not prepared to give written confirmation on date for collection, this week becomes next week and next month and 5 MONTHS later still no car! Why Outsurance does not take control is beyond me! These Panel Beaters wakes up 10 times a day to realise that there's something else WRONG, MISSING or not REPAIRED. Complain after complain with Outsurance what do you get? One apologetic e-mail after another. I use to think to have one's car ****** is BAD, but it trying to have it repaired with OUTSURANCE is FAR WORSE!! Still paying monthly insurance and car payment but do not have it! SICK AND TIRED OF HEARING: WE ARE SO SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE! WHY DON'T YOU STOP APOLOGISING AND START TO DO SOMETHING?
