Car's paintwork damaged while in for repairs -

My wife's car was damage by a hail storm. The car has been with the panel beater since the 27th March. <br> I was told the car was ready for collection on the 2nd April. When we gone to fetch the car on the 9th April u could clearly see where the hail damage was removed with a glue gun, and it ate the paint work. The paint work got additional damage by the repair. I refused to take the car in such a state. This is not the clients issue. Why does the assessor refuse to meet me at the panel beater to address the issue? This is now 21 days later. <br> I even logged a complaint and still no joy.
