Car Not Drivble Cant Take off Work Not Our Problem

My Son was in an accident on Sunday night a taxi swerved in front of him - which in itself is terribly traumatic! He and I share a car so you can imagine how vital it is that we have the 1 car between us! The accident has rendered the car 'un-drivable' and we paid for a tow back to our residence on Sunday night, which we expected to do. We now need to have the car assessed - however to toe it to the nearest assessment centre is going to cost us R1200 there and R1200 back!!! We are both also unable to take time of work, since I know Outsurance employs assessors - and given our difficult circumstances I asked if one of their assessors could not come out to our residence -bear in mind we drive a 4X2 double cab making it difficult to ask a friend to assist us by towing such a big car. The answer to our request for assistance from an Outsurance assessor NO!! Thanks Outsurance - you really do care about your clients when they are in a difficult situation just as you say in ALL your adverti*****ts- ahhh no wait you don't!
