Car not 100% Fixed

Good Day Dinky. We are insured with outsurance. What do we do if we got our car back from repairs and it is not fixed 100%.We picked up our car from the panelbeaters yesterday. This morning me and my wife looked at the car .The mirror is cracked. The tail light is not fixed. The door is mis alligned.The mud guard is still broken and i can hear a sound coming from the wheels.How can this happen and then outsurance told my wife that we must have looked at the car better when we took it. We are not doing the repairs so what they are saying is that if your approved panelbeaters mess up we have to check the car before we take it.Then if they miss something that can **** a person why are you using them.So if i dont see there mistakes before i take my car its my problem. Must i now take my car to the AA for them to check everything properly because surely youre approved panelbeater dont now a thing about car repairs.Now we are paying insurance for accidents and we trust them to make sure the quality work is as good as the quality of our money we are paying every month. Please advise .
