Car Insurance - Sales ****

The salesman from Outsurance car insurance, known as "JABU," deceived us regarding a 10% discount that was supposed to activate after utilising the smartdrive feature on their application. He informed my spouse that once he reached 200km over 5 distinct trips, the discount would be app****, which we have indeed accomplished. However, the application indicates that we will only qualify for the discount after a period of 90 days. He completely misled us and was dishonest. I am extremely disappointed. This is a clear case of ****ming! They lie to customers to secure sales! Our first payment is scheduled for the 27th, and no one is available to assist us. They are utterly ineffective, conveniently closing at 1pm today and cannot assure a refund if we address this on Monday. It would be better to be transparent and inform customers that your company is unable to fulfill its promises.
