Car Insurance Claim

I was involved in an accident on 19 February and my car was written off. It took Outsurance less that two weeks to complete the investigations and approve the claim by 29 February. Although payment hasn't been made yet, I'm very pleased with speed with which they handle claims as well as the respect and professionalism with which they treat their clients.
