CAR INSURANCE CANCELLATION NIGHTMARE

I am so disappointed with Outsurances service whilst trying to cancel my car insurance cover. Their consultants are inconsiderate of our time and requests. To be exact Zininzi was beating around the bush despite me requesting a speedy process and her not to try and retain me.

I still have not cancelled and am waiting for the MIA manager to call me back - how can there be no supervisors to assist in this event.

SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!
